Returns

If a product isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

• the product has not been used: the lighter has not been filled or lit;
• its original condition, packaging, inserts and all components are intact;
• you have proof of purchase: an order number or receipt.

What cannot be returned

• lighter fluid, butane and other flammable liquids, for safety reasons;
• products with personal engraving made to your order;
• products that have been used (except in the case of defects).

If a product is defective

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, let us know as soon as possible and we will replace it or refund your money. Windproof lighters are also covered by the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty on the mechanism; see the “Warranty and repair” page for details.

How to make a return

1. Email info@successllc.am or call (+374) 33 08 04 04. Give your order number, the product and the reason for the return.
2. We will arrange how to hand over the product.
3. Once we have checked the product, we will refund you by the same method you paid with, or exchange it for another item.
