How to place an order

1. Choose a product in the catalogue and click “Add to cart”. If the product comes in several options, select the one you want on the product page first.
2. Open the cart (the cart icon in the top right corner) and check the items and quantities.
3. Click “Check out” and enter your contact details and delivery address.
4. Choose a payment method and confirm your order with the “Place Order” button.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the order number and details. We will contact you during business hours to confirm the order and arrange delivery.

Do I need to register?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account is handy if you shop often: it saves your address and order history.

How to change or cancel an order

Email info@successllc.am or call (+374) 33 08 04 04 and give your order number. Until the order has been handed over for delivery, it can be changed or cancelled without any trouble.

How to choose a lighter

• Classic — the standard size that suits most people.
• Slim® — thinner and lighter, easy to carry in a shirt pocket.
• Armor® — a case about one and a half times thicker than usual and especially sturdy; well suited to deep engraving.
